Washington Liaison Office LLC, organized by Sy Rotter in Washington D.C, in 1977, has during the past 32 years represented a select group of European and U.S. based clients helping them access financial resources for their investment, equipment supply, consulting and joint venture business interests in the U.S. and Developing Countries.

WLO primarily works with Multilateral and Bilateral funding agencies based in Washington D.C

Our unique Network of  Senior Executives and Consultants experienced in international business, respond to a wide range of corporate requests for guidance on contacts and procedures focused on  developing successful business relationships with these funding resources.

WLO recently relocated its principal office  to Tucson, Arizona  from which it continues to provide guidance to U.S. and International companies seeking finance and guaranties for their international business activities.

Investment in commercial real estate and residential properties as well as undeveloped land in the great Southwestern area of United States and Mexico is a separate business service offered through its Arizona affiliated offices.

S.I.D.E., a program of W.L.O.,  brings its consulting services in communication, outreach and fund raising to  international organizations interested in environmental activities focused on water, land restoration and conservation.

SIDE is creating links between researchers, universities, NGO's and private companies to develop sustainable environmental projects.
