Washington Liaison Office LLC, organized by Sy Rotter in Washington D.C, in 1977, has during the past 32 years represented a select group of European and U.S. based clients to help them access financial resources for their investment, equipment supply, consulting and joint venture business interests in the U.S. and Developing Countries. This is based on our knowledge of, and sensitivity to the cultural differences of European, American and Developing Economy business representatives.
WLO is working with Multilateral and Bilateral funding agencies based in Washington D.C

Our unique Network of Executives and Consultants in international business respond to a wide range of corporate requests for guidance on contacts and procedures focused on enhancing successful business relationships with these agencies.

WLO recently opened  branch office's in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona  from which it continues to provide guidance for the establishment of joint-venture partnerships between European and U.S. based investors.

Investment in commercial real estate and residential properties as well as undeveloped land in the great Southwestern area of United States and Mexico is a separate business service offered through its Arizona offices.

SIDE, a program of WLO,  brings its consulting services in communication, outreach and fundraising expertise to organizations in Southwestern U.S. and Mexico involved in environmental activities focused on water, land restoration and conservation.
